The Talurit® 40T 1P is a versatile and customizable swager, engineered to meet a variety of swaging requirements with a wide range of additional accessories. Its single-pillar open design offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing for vertical, horizontal, or upside-down positioning to suit any workspace.

Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities in Sweden, this swager is synonymous with reliability, precision, and adaptability. Its user-friendly interface and lightweight design make it easy to transport and operate on-site. The 40T 1P can handle T ferrules up to size 9 in single-stage swaging and up to size 13 in multi-stage swaging, using Talurit® die sets in A and A1 block sizes. All dies are crafted from hardened and tempered steel, ensuring a long service life, exceptional durability, and excellent swaging results.

The Talurit® 40T 1P swager offers multiple operational modes, accommodating both manual and electric hydraulic systems. It can be paired with a hand pump or one of our two electrically powered hydraulic units, which complete the system. The hydraulic unit (HAGG 1,5/700-CC) is operated via an electrical foot pedal, freeing the operator’s hands for swaging tasks. Pressure adjustment is easily managed with a pressure valve, and the automatic shut-down feature conserves energy by turning the swager off when not in use. Restarting the machine is simple and quick with a press of the foot pedal.
